So when a SPAC merges with a company, does that company go public as well and you can buy shares in it or you can only buy shares in the SPAC?

Once the merger is complete you buy the company shares which are now publicly listed. You buy the SPAC shares before the merger

Does anyone know how legit the business model of Lucid is? Do they really have the potential to be “The Tesla Killa” or is it smoke and mirrors? That will factor into my decision to sell or hold. Can we tell anything yet?

I sold Tesla for only $220 in profits like 7 years ago.

I don’t think it’s a TSLA killer, it’s decidedly an upmarket brand. That said, I do think the EV/tech hype will have this sitting in the 90’s EOY

lucid is legit but SPACs ... i been around them a lot. people probably will want some profits soon prior to the merger. maybe i add some after merger but at 280% up i can't be mad at selling most of them
