Vlad came in super confident after being coddled by CNBC and Bloomberg during earlier interviews in the day.

Vlad effed up when he admitted that "we did this preemptively." That sentence should send him to jail.

Despite everything he said, he effectively admitted that there weren't any regulatory requirements that forced him to halt buying.

He might have realized his mistake by trying to clean it up by saying that he took these actions because regulations "can" change.
