IPOs can be a crap shoot. some go up from their initial price, others go down. That being said I like this one a lot and I would try to get in as early as possible. I may trim some positions today to buy some.

What is a good buyrange and where do you see it possibly going? That is what most ppl are thinking indeed. So just getting in at the open is the thing? Not even wait for a dip after the first hour or so?

if you have a broker some may have some shares they have already gotten. The demand sounds really high. Basically I would just try and buy at the open. I have to do some more research to be honest into it before I start giving prices. Watch CNBC or do some research someone can probably give you what they're thinking on valuations here and what a good entry point is.

For instance I thought twitter was overvalued when it was hitting in the 30s on it's IPO day but now it's in the 50s. And I was basing that on future revenues.

I haven't really seen any financials on alibaba. like I said I have to do a little homework. I'll get back to you
