TOS doesn’t circumvent securities laws. You can write anything in there. Trust, there will be class actions. Robinhood is just betting the fine is less than what the hedge funds would’ve lost. That’s why you need jail sentences. They’d think twice.

the crazy shyt is despite it being a risk to jump in that late...AMC and GME even KOSS looked prime to have another good day as crazy as it sounds...they hit $22, $498 and $112 respectively in the PM even tho it’s not guaranteed that those prices would’ve held up under normal trading circumstances...RH and the like crippled any chance of that shyt tho smh

So hypothetical question what would a brokerage that said they stopped trading on their platform due to volatility of a stock accomplish by freezing buys but only allowing sells for a day? Would said goal be to make the stock less volatile?
