Everywhere...You never there.
That depends on the rules brokers set for users to trade on their platform.

I'm sure most pf them have language giving them an out if they feel the liability becomes too large for their comfort.

Yeah ... really have to comb through the fine print . I’m sure there are some built in protections ... still doesn’t mean it’s immune to a non-frivolous civil action based on either A). The execution of said protections or B). The language itself as applicable to the current situation .

This CNBC reporter is so stupid. Tyler was clearly speaking in general. He’s talking about “the people in power”. Everybody knew who and what he was talking about. He didn’t have to name specific names. What a stupid hill to die on. He’s gonna get destroyed in them YT comments :dead:

Yea he came off like a dikkhead.

man these trading apps really set an ugly precedent...they can just halt the buying of any stock that doesn’t fit the status quo that runs

What's the point of us putting our hard earned money into their apps/funds if we can;t even use it/?

Because some of us are only investing $500, $1,000 or $5,000 and not $100,000 or $1,000,000 or tens of millions?

They're basically saying you can't lose your 2000 bucks on GME but you can YOLO hundreds of thousands on "safe" plays in THEIR eyes :mjlol:

This shyt makes no sense and it's clearly illegal as they're trying to change the rules of the game in the 4th quarter
