On what grounds? It's a bunch of anonymous people just suggesting shyt to each other. All while putting disclaimers that it's not financial advice. No different from yahoo finance convos etc. If the feds do step in it would be on some bs. They'll probably write some trash regulations for the future when in reality feds should step in and stop these funds and whales from buying shorts that they wouldn't be able to cover if things go left.
