No, when the merger happens your shares are automatically converted into shares of the company.

The warrants are selling at almost $5.50 a pop. If you plan to hold long term there's almost no difference if you have to pay another $11.50 anyway.

Maybe a better move would be to buy in blanket purchases all the IPO spacs and just hold them to see if one takes off.

16.50 is a lot lower than the FOMO prices yaw purchased for.
