Usually ticker is <TICKER> with -ws or w at end.

Same process as buying stock

Read the SEC report, I'm on phone but ill provide examples, for IPOE , 4 warrants (1/4 ratio) allows you to purchase regular stock at $11.50

Somewhat similar to calls but not much time risk
