We definitely need it cuz we gotta rely less and less on gas and fossil fuels in general. Too many problems with it both environmental and political.
Sold WORK and just rolled that into my small position in JPM for 10 more shares of that and 2.07 more shares of STOR.
Almost got STOR up to the initial target of 50 shares. Going forward I’ll buy both those two. They pay out the same month and those are the only months I get way less that $100 a month in dividend payments. I think I’ll continue to buy STOR well past 50 shares to the next target of 100.

I’ve had NIO for years actually. I was close to selling it early this year but held on. I’m in for the long haul now

I downloaded a trial for their enterprise solution in October and one of their salesman has been sending emails and voicemails every week since. This might explain it.
had CRPR and NVTA early on with my m1, but i let them go
but got TDOC and PACB. i'm all good.

portfolio started almost 2 years ago from 0 and it’s just me adding spare money. The whole point of it is to generate income on its own monthly. From 0 to about $58K in 2 years to me isn’t bad. This isn’t really a retirement account i have a 401K and a Roth for that. It’s generating almost $1200K a year on its own now which is all reinvested back into it to generate more. Also of that $58K about $14K is in stocks with no dividend payments $17K of it is capital appreciation.
