I thought Uber Eats was more popular plus it also has the self taxi service is door dash really the favorite or is it room for more than one?
Uber and Lyft are exponentially more popular than DoorDash. DoorDash gna IPO at like $85, have lyft or uber ever been that high? Just looked neither has.

But they're both rising based on the DD IPO

They gonna end up losing profit I think, if they using their cars for a ride hail service. Especially for the robotaxi thing which I'm not sure how successful that may be. They gonna have to set a price competitive enough with uber and lyft plus deduct the cost of manufacturing the vehicle. Also the cost of liability might be higher especially with FSD unless the technology is top notch by time of release. But of course technology can't account for human stupidity. And thats for other drivers, not the Tesla. Also not sure how many current Tesla owners would be interested in doing ride hail anyways.

Hopefully one day, and not just EV but all vehicles in general, become smarter and are able to talk to one another and the world around them such as traffic, traffic lights, and the weather. Find ways to make the roads safer. Cuz ain't no point in getting into a self driving taxi when there are idiots around you unable to properly drive.

I’m not sure of ride hail profitability but robotaxi should be great. No driver to pay.

Just checked my portfolio, up like 50% this year. Read a few different message boards daily and watch some videos, can help me retire early. If I just got into this about 8 months earlier, Tesla would have me halfway to retirement already.

UONE should benefit from a biden presidency.
Rh is a 1000 stock long term
Tsla should be 700 by q1 next year
Apps looks good, broke out a bull flag recently
Upwk looks good
Arct is a good covid vaccine play, been in since 30. They got 1 shot solution as opposed to 2.

There should be a general run up towards Christmas so any index etf is a safe bet I would go with udow

Completely forgot about this stock; from March-June, there were stocks announced damn near weekly and all of them jumped 10X or more its value (MVIS, GNUS, UONE, and a few others I cannot think about right now)

the hell happened to those kinds of stocks?? thought it would be a weekly thing!

Interesting video. Was quite the viewing experience from beginning to end. For me, I'm definitely more cashless than cash and been that way for pretty much all my adult life. Not much reason to use cash except maybe the casino and strip club. Strippers aren't walking around with Square card readers for you to swipe when they shaking their ass anyways. I use credit all the time when buying stuff cuz its better to get the rewards points than paying with cash. That's why building and maintaining credit is a vital lesson that everyone should learn. Makes things a bit easier if you know how to manage it. Of course the younger generation is gonna be leaning more towards digital currency since it's much easier. Apps like cashapp and zelle make it easier for me to pay the people I have to. I don't understand why they tried making it a racial thing and that one guy seemed like an idiot. Don't matter if it's cash on hand or something like Apple Pay, a dollar is worth the same no matter what. Working for many years in retail, there never was a time where we told a customer, "oh you paying with your phone? hold on let me raise the price for you". If someone cant manage their money in cash, its gonna be the same in digital form. But digital is easier and even tracks it for you. My dad in his early 60s and he the old school type. Writing in his checkbook and whatnot. I have never written anything in my checkbook cuz I know the BOA app can track all my purchases. And thats gonna be increasing as years go by with more of our generation adapting this digital currency wave. Which is why stocks like SQ have so much potential. Don't know why low income families don't have as much bank accounts, since I believe opening a checking account should be free in most major banking institutions but then again I'm not knowledgeable on the current banking requirements. I do feel like cash is a waste of value overall. The USD is losing value against all the other major currencies and keeping it on hand does nothing for a person. It can't grow interest like in a bank or be used to purchase investments, and is more likely to be lost or stolen. I feel that financial knowledge is very important and something that should be taught in schools or by parents. Basic stuff even. Some people just never learn or take the time to learn. Cash might have some usage going forward but I think its gonna be used less and less as time goes on.

Amazing to see how far Chamath has gone. I been following dude for damn near a decade. He had made a killing off Facebook and several small investments before even founding Social Capital. Dude always been a refreshing voice in the good ol boy world of venture capital.

They never went away. These happen every week if, you pay attention to the news there’s usually a theme of the week.

Next week should be stocks similar to dd and Airbnb

Slack shareholders will receive $26.79 in cash and 0.0776 shares of Salesforce common stock for each Slack share.
Salesforce - Salesforce Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire Slack

So for every 13 shares of Slack you get 1 of Salesforce as well as $26.79 for every Slack share. I'm gonna get $12.90 over my cost basis of $789.00 in total and 2.328 shares of Salesforce or if no partial shares 2 shares.

I guess the gamble is what is a Salesforce share worth when this closes. Also is that a taxable event?

CRM was moving this year until you little WORK people came along and fukked up everything :mjpls:

but it seems to have met its floor around $220 from this and before the deal was trading around $250-260, so there you go, $220 is your bottom and everything else is up from there...

What do you think about C3AI? They apparently want to challenge saleforce.
