Thinking about dropping a bag on xspa right now. Or maybe waiting for it to go deeper in the hole.... some options out there.

market is too green for me :hubie:

All my stocks and watchlist are green. It’s crazy because I keep seeing reports about the market tanking by the eod but my shyt is steadily green :dahell:

So my theory is California is waiting until after Thanksgiving / Black Friday to fully shut down.....

Thanksgiving will be a super spreader.

No way around it. :hubie:

But the state knows it needs to shut down, but many businesses are dependent on the Thanksgiving / Black Friday rush.

I'm calling the week of November 30th a blood bath......

I'll be ready to buy.:shaq:

that makes sense get past the black friday shopping rush and you can shut it down. Considering a lot of schools will be out 2-3 weeks in December and some work places will be shut down for the good portion of a week or so. Makes sense. Would be a good time to ride it out and anticipate a drop....But wouldn't a lockdown just cause tech to rise?

Facts @10bandz

Bingo, but tech aint necessarily take a haircut either after the vaccine news.

I keep hearing CNBC peddle bs about institutions and big money finally moving out of big tech and into value stocks but I'm like where. :gucci:

All my stocks are damn near moving at an all time high. :dahell:

Also my job is literally about be shut down for more than half of December due to floating holidays, as well as PTO.....

I'm guessing a lot of other White Collar workers will be in the same position.:yeshrug:

Tech stocks are tricky as most work off of reoccurring revenue. Companies don't just stop using Zoom, DocuSign, Salesforce, etc because offices open back up as they sign multi-year deals.

I look to the market trends in terms of some of my M1 plays but otherwise I am dabbling in positions where the indices aren't really a factor.

Today was red across the broader market so some of my M1 shyt took a tiny hit but it was more than offset by my equities on TD.

I ended up being pretty green on the day.

I'm not really waiting for much. Election is over (we'll see if there's more hijinks there) and the vaccine is coming which kinda offset the stimulus so I don't know if I'm expecting a big crash anywhere.

I mean maybe we go into lockdown but do I expect a drop like March no because there is light at the end of the tunnel and the market is looking to the vaccine.

If we get a dip cool if not I'm good either way
