gamestop was earlier this year
Just off the top of my head I feel like groupons core business is a lot earlier in the product cycle while GameStop is more mature/decline.

Like tell me in what kinda world people won’t look for deal....

Idk but their EV/Sales multiple was fukking .02

0 point fuxking 0 2......

Like I think Tesla’s is 100+....

I ain’t NEVER seen one less than .5

Regardless this calls for more research.

Yes. Iv’e only experienced companies trading @ cash in biotech ( usually after a failed trial).

that’s absurd :wow:

value investors should be all over this.

like wtf did I just stumble upon....
whered you get that EV?
market cap of 700M
cash of 750M
debt of 350M (unless its trading at bankruptcy levels lol)

thats an enterprise value of $1B
considering its historical EBITDA...thats a very very rich multiple its trading at...not a value investment at all breh

That’s the thing.... you don’t even got to care how it’s run(to an extent) the cash per share is higher than the share price :mindblown:

ima look into it like I said this is a complete deviation outside of biotech.

And they got two activist funds on their ass:leon:

ima quote me in a year once they kick management out lol.

but fr.... this is interesting.

you add debt and subtract cash

Edit: you also take into account only interest bearing debt & operating leases. Not just liabilities as a whole.

which activists
best case scenario is a company like price line or yelp acquires em i guess
whether or not that would happen...the key is in its SG&A and how much would be redundant/variable

youre right my bad. but still..EV is not 100M ...at least 300M no?hmmm
I’m away from my excel file so I’m trying to remember but.

28M s/o *21. Whatever share price was 670M market cap.

cash of 755M

debt (in this case unsecured loans = 221M + 98?M In operating leases)
= 195M EV.

#’s are prob off cause I’m trying to remember them off the top.
But they did 1B in revenue in the last 12 months so u get the picture.
