For the most part I agree with you on both being worthless but in the event you have a major cash purchase to make or need money for a down payment on a house or car you need to have money fairly liquid and not have it lose much if anything. In the event you need easy safe access they're better than the alternatives. If you don't need the money anytime soon then they are trash.
Yes there's far less risk in SPACs than straight IPOs but as you can see nothing is guaranteed prior to merger, they fluctuate quite a bit. NKLA scared some people off. I'm looking into entries for some others that I'm not into yet
"Sell the news" is the reason I plan to sell my TSLA calls on battery day. I'll keep at least half of the money away from TSLA and roll some back into at-the-money calls then.
At 3pm Tuesday I decided to hold on to my Tsla calls. Then at 3:58 I tried to log on and sell in a panic, but it was too late for the sale to go through.
Now my calls are worth slightly less than I originally paid for them. If I can go over the break even point tomorrow, I'm out of TSLA.
Look at the number of Chargepoint stations in my section of LA:
These are public stations not including private property that have charging stations. This number will only go up.
This is LA Proper(Mid-city & Hollywood, to outside of DTLA)
Their competition BLNK in the same area:

Chargepoint is dope, but I just came across some other competitors(there's a lot) and man.....
I found a sleeper, no one is talking about. Greenlots...
Guess who Greenlots is backed by.....
Mofo Shell.....
The crazy thing about greenlots, is when lot at the major spots in LA, greenlots is saturated in almost every major area.
Chargepoint is still looking like a solid player, because here they are in the same area:
They're in some decent spots inLA if you zoom in, but Greenlots has a lot of the major piff, in high density areas....
