Liking how the ZOM chart is looking. A strong second half of the day can be quite the momentum going into next week. Loaded up on more to try and make up for the IDEX fiasco.

I always tell people, in the gym, the number one reason why they’re not seeing gains is because they work out too much. I put a lot more size efficiently by taking extra days off and doing nothing. Not working out more.
