I'm not touching it. Any stock that rockets that much in such a short period of time will have a major pullback in all liklihood. If the market cap was substantially higher, I would consider it.

I got burnt once on one of them quick run ups off small healthcare companies and I said never again

There's a chance it goes up as the story spreads.
I was saying in March and early April that I wanted to hammer MGM/WYNN, and possibly CCL. However, I didn't think they would be at these levels at this time while they are making literally NOTHING. I'm pissed, but I'm also not trying to get burned buying some on a day like today.
