Feds won't touch Colorado. They'll fukk with Cali all day but they really haven't been gunning for Colorado.
Edit: If they do, they'll get all the shops on federal tax evasion. I do not think they will ever raid a shop on CO.

Feds have been scared of Colorado for a while. They were openly raiding Cali dispensaries while very clearly avoiding raiding anything Colorado related. I think Obama told them to have restraint as he needed the CO vote for the last election.....and he got it.
