You're right, his words do matter. This guy will single handed kill the US. They have to take this virus serious and contain it. The feds can throw all the money at the stock but its like throwing money into a barnfire until the virus is somehow contained.

Great opportunity to make some money while they do it though. But then I look at all of this as short term.

If Trump puts everyone back to work in a week which is looking very likely I think we are close to the bottom. Just my opinion, there's certain stocks where I think we've seen their bottoming out.

The nation's governors initiated the shutdown. Trump doesn't really have a say except with the red state ones which might follow his lead.

as long as there is no solution to to the virus and no evidence that we are on the other side of the peak of the outbreak the economy will not recover

no one is going to be spending money on things outside of necessities until this is over

you think people are going to be taking flights, cruises, buying iPhones, going out to eat, etc, cause Trump says go back to work?
