I'm worried about the cruise lines but I see a lot of ppl considering this

CCL seems like a lick, but worried that people will now move away from cruises because of the coronavirus cruise situation. Only way I can see this popping if the USA and WHO globally declare that the virus is no longer an issue, and people are rushing to experience what is left of summer. If there is a hint of virus still being a problem, but the government declares that it's ok to fly or cruise people going to be cautious, cuz once it's deemed serious again, no one wants to be fukking quarantined on a boat. decisions.

how many shares are you thinking of buying of this, if you were to cop?

Maybe 500 shares. It's been in the 50-60$ range for years. I'm thinking if it gets back to 56 and I cash out
8 x 500 = 4k put in
55 x 500 = 27.5k coming out

Once the gov. and pharma. cashes in on the vaccine, they'll calm everyone saying it's only deadly for .001 percent of the population once you have the vaccine. Boomers will be tearing those cruise ships up again in 2 years max.

people will fly to get where theyre going, but getting onto those ships for weeks at the same rate as before? no fukkin way. dudes are ambitious with the cruiseline stocks

I'm steering clear of them right now myself. They will feel the effects of this for some time. At least the car companies get to make equipment and stay active in the game.

Going to be tough to get people to pay for a $250k flight to the upper atmosphere when the economy is collapsing. They are a decade away from point to point travel using hypersonic technology.

I didn't wanna sell CCL but I'm tempted to dump them for TPR. I would lose about 6 shares making that move but I'll have to hold onto CCL forever before it recovers if it does. I'll probably just sit tight but I'm tempted.

If the market had the same faith in the company to recover as you did, it would not be trading at $8.
