I been thinking about it for a min. I need a retail stock since I sold Walmart and bought back into Boeing.

Does anybody use M1 Finance? I'm using SoFi because they let me buy fractional shares of 13 of the 17 stocks I own. As long as you invest at least $1 you can buy a fractional share but it has to be a stock they support.
I can't mess with Robinhood for that reason. They don't allow fractional shares and they don't have a drip for dividends. With Robinhood you have to pool together your dividends until you get enough to buy a share of something. For example you'd need 63 shares of Apple to get enough to buy a single share of it annually and you need 252 shares to have enough to get a share of Apple every quarter or else you need to leave those funds sitting there for 4 quarters or more to re-invest.

what does it mean when it says "alert: deficient" next to a stock (avgr) I don't own any just been watching it

They're probably not meeting the listing standards and my be delisted.
Stock hasn't been over a dollar since April 4th it probably will be delisted.
