After that lyft ipo i wouldn't touch it.

Uber Eats intrigues me though. :patrice:

At the end of the day, you're going to have to have a risk appetite for a company that's going to be losing big amounts of money for the next few years.

Honestly, I'm not sure either lyft or uber will be profitable until self-driving cars become a thing and they can cut the majority of their drivers out of the equation..
Will either of them last that long? Visible self-driving cars on that scale are probably a half-decade to a full decade away. Imagine burning through over a billion a year and as they grow more and more that long. They're public now so the expectations will be different. As they grow a billion a year will turn to 2 and 3 billion a year in losses.

Well Marathon Oil (MRO) had a big up shoot today. I sold mine last month for a profit but if I held longer I'd be higher!

The subscriber miss in Verizon hurt my portfolio a *little* in the short term. I may lower cost basis today and buy some Verizon stock come to think of it.

been looking more into this fees shyt and im wondering if it really does make more sense to just stick it all in the .02 percent

then again, historically these two funds that are .72 and .88 have returned over 1 percent more, so that pretty much eats the difference?
