Dont want to be shot? Dont try to run while the cop is next to you. Especially if hes reaching in the car. That will be enough for the cop to get off. The argument will be he could have dragged him and ran him over. It will win dude should have taken the L for no lic and kept it moving. Its one thing to shyt of these pigs when they kill someone innocent in cold blood like dude running away and shot in the back. No threat there but its another once you tussle with a pig. He didn't run because he was scared of being shot he ran because he had a few pounds of weed in the car and didn't want to go to jail for a felony. Sadly weed should be legal and this man should still be alive today regardless.

Multiple sources have told WLWT that officers found a little less than 2 pounds of marijuana in all, but no officials were immediately able to confirm the amount of marijuana found.

According to reports, the marijuana was found in the car's center console, under the front passenger seat and on the floor behind the driver's seat.

Police sources said the street value for the amount of marijuana found in DuBose's car is anywhere between $2,000 and $5,000 depending on the quality and the demand.

Police said marijuana amounts of more than two pounds is considered a felony.

For the last time...The only thing I have justified is the officers actions prior to firing his firearm...He had a valid reason for pulling him over and a valid reason for resquesting him to exit the vehicle...He did NOT have a valid reason for firing his firearm...I clearly said multiple times in this thread the officer should be punished for shooting that fool because he did not pose a threat to the officers life...
