I've done it in 90 days ... Don't knock it til you try it.. Of course you make gains. When you go from doing NOTHING to 400 push ups, 150 pull ups a day Not to mention curls and all the other sh!t.. You're gonna gain muscle..You're taking protein shakes, creatine, etc.. You make gains pretty quick..
breh,ive done p90x. I was one of the front runners for their products on here. You dont gain muscle. Doing more push ups and pull ups is gaining strength,not muscle. The program is not designed to put u on a bulk diet which is the only way to gain muscle. LOL@ Creatine. thats all water retaining so u can lift more,not get bigger muscles. All the program does is cut u up. Even then its an OK program to get cut with because u dont eat at a deficit. The program is a FITNESS program,not a muscle builder. Their key from not getting sue by the millions who cried it didnt work is "results may vary"
tell me this,u think a skinny dude is gonna gain muscle from p90x?
sure he might put on something cuz of being a noob or the diet might give him more caloric intake then his normal eating habits but he wont get bigger unless he eats more and lifts heavy(two things p90x doesnt include in their program). There's nothing more to it breh
