It doesn't matter if he did the stuff he's charged for or not. He deserves his day in court and just keeping him locked up in there with an excessive bail is doing nothing good for him or anybody else. Let him bail out and if he gets convicted, then fine. He can do the jail time. But this bail situation is ridiculous. It's supposed to be "innocent until proven guilty."
If Epic thought he had more hits in the chamber he'd be free on bail. They must think he peaked with "Hot nikka".

Epic has likely turned a profit from Mr. Pollard’s music

:heh: Likely? This was a Jahlil Beats track, and Bobby recorded it on his own.

Cheap video. So the label had probably little to no costs in this. They made a TON of money most likely.

Had he got locked up with a hot 2nd single and a 3rd on the way, they'd have bailed him out. trust. But once "Hot nikka" ran it's course, they knew wht the deal was.

Yeah
Mr. Pollard announced his arrival with a performance in an Epic conference room. Acellphone video shows a mostly white crowd of employees looking on stiffly as Mr. Pollard, ever limber, mimes shooting with his fingers and jumps on the table, an awkward five minutes that now feel foreboding

Initially, Mr. Pollard’s dark, gun-heavy songs were celebrated for being a narration of what goes on in the street. Mr. Pollard raps about selling crack, and says, “Everybody catching bullet holes.”

Now, from jail, Mr. Pollard, who once stood by the veracity of his rhymes, said that the lyrics were “fabricated,” because “that’s what’s selling nowadays.” And, he added, Epic “grabbed me up at a vulnerable time.” He continued: “I was desperate to get out of the ’hood. I knew I was going to lose my life or go to jail.”

a n*gga will say anything to get away from behind that wall but while he walking the streets, he a monster if you let him tell it. that's why there is zero respect for how these new n*ggas move these days.

gang conspiracy cases are like baby rico cases...they don't have to charge you with any of the actual crimes they said you did just hit you with conspiracy charge itself. they can add the individual charges on to really sh*t on you but both types of charges require independent evidence.

so if they've been stacking evidence since 2013 on him and his crew, they f*cked in the game. please believe Epic has seen the evidence against him and if his bail package was withdrawn he's going to have to sit down for a while.
