It depends how hard the D.A. wants to go. Plus even though he's 21. This happened before his fame took off. A high paid Music industry criminal lawyer can argue he was a poor kid, raised around a criminal element and had no future. Now he has a rap career .. blahblah. a stiff fine and 5 years probation. they cant search someones home without consent or a warrant but if they look through the window and see drugs or guns in plain sight that gives them probable cause to search your house
