Is Bob selling :duck: again or is a Manny/Sergio fight actually a possibility in the near future?

I don't see Sergio vs Manny ever happening. Martinez has been saying for years he's not dropping a lot of weight to fight Pacquiao at a catchweight so unless Sergio really needs the money (doesn't seem likely) or Manny is willing to go considerably up in weight, that fight ain't happening.

Martinez dropping to 150 could happen i guess, though last time when serg agreed to that deal, team pac got shook and demanded the fight be at 147 max fight night iirc

150?

Sergio aint weighed in for a fight at 150 since 2003....hell naw Manny:camby:

Last year wasnt sergio saying he would drop to 150 for floyd? I wouldnt have an issue with a 150 catch weight for serg/manny :ehh:

I think floyd could handle sergio at 154

Sergio cant effectively fight weighing in at 150. He aint weighed in at that amount since 2003:scusthov:

Sergio also said he would take a 20-80 split in favor of Mayweather too.....obviously, he was desperate for the Mayweather payday:russ:

Funny thing though, Maidana didnt even get a 20-80 split with Floyd on this last fight :dead:

Floyd got 32 mill out of a 33.5 mill pot guarantee available which was a 95-5 split in favor of Mayweather. A 80-20 split would've been with Floyd getting 26.8 mill and Sergio getting 6.7 mill....which would be the the most ANY fighter has gotten as an upfront guarantee against Floyd ever with Floyd being the "A side"

You'd be against Floyd/Sergio at 154? Serg would still come into the ring at 170 like he usually does. How much did he weight in for his last few fights? 158/159ish. he was at light middle less than 5 years ago.

I wouldnt be against them at 154....no. But at 150? Yes. Sergio would be to drained to fight effectively.
