Chalky didn't start treating Purns badly until after he fucced up Chalky's business. First episode Dunn was the right hand man sitting in on meeting and sh1t, then he killed a guy that they were trying to do business with because Dunn couldn't think far enough ahead not the fucc the wife of the guy they just made a deal with. Even if that hadn't been a setup for the cuckold bullsh1t there was no way that wasn't coming back to bite both Dunn and Chalky in the ass later. After a screw up that big Chalky demoted him but kept him around and lied to the Dr when they first met to protect him, hell he was invited to Maybelle's wedding for Christ sake. Chalky made a mistake in trusting him too much for too long but it is what it is.

I wonder if Chalky gonna blame Nucky for his daughter. Speaking of Chalky he was a fukking simp and a loser this season.

1. Purns fukks up and starts working for the Dr.
2. He falls in love with a side chick (even tho that's a fine Libyan)
3. Gets her face beat to a pulp and has to flee the city.
4. Gets his mentor and daughter killed.

You know whats crazy, Chalky ended up like his mentor.

His mentor even worked with the Commodore, similar to how Chalky worked with Nucky.
Mentor chilling with his sister's kid, none of his family is around. Chalky's family is gone.
Mentor has nothing to show fo his work, same thing with Chalky.

If Chalky comes back, its going to be with his mentor's nephew. Even though his mentor said his nephews never been to war, he needs to be crew deep.

Everyone on the show is a criminal, Dr is a straight up sociopath, @ Nucky giving him the benefit of the doubt.

some of yall really shyttin on BE season 1 n 2. first 2 seasons blow away breaking bads first 2 and i love that show as well. BE has much better characters. jimmy/richard > any crew. their deaths on this show makes me wonder how they are going to keep it going. all i will say is van alden better not get clipped or this show is going to be too much for me. This show is great by itself but characters like jimmy/richard getting killed off is ether to the soul. i dont give a fukk about guys like prnsley or owen... but those 2 deaths in particular MADE the show. those 2 guys were boardwalk empire to me. idk how itll play out but theres only been one arc that pissed me off which was all the margrette shyt but she got what she deserved having owen show up in that box.

Now you got a young William coming up and they got Bugs Moran/Northside clapping at Capone.

One thing I love about this show, nothing is forced and everything falls in place without being hacky.

And damn at them making Chalky's character tragic. He's wife never loved him, and she was embarrassed because Chalky lost his status and Maybel's marriage was cancelled. You better believe with Harrowing leaning Maybel means the marriage is a done deal.

Seeing him on the porch reflecting burned my soul.
