This season is a gazillion timse better than last season :snooze: Be honest, it only got

good when Pone joined up with Chalky and the Gill's whore house got gunned up and clapped quick:lawd: But, as much as this season's upgrade, the first two season will always be endeared because of Jimmy:rip: While everybody was gooning it up for the greed of it, he

gave the show that heart-and-soul:salute: And, can't forget Angela going out with that headshot. That gentle soul didn't deserve that:to:

It's funny... I know it's not intentional but everytime I see Nucky staring off in the distance or have a moment alone I can't help but think in the back of his mind he's like,

"How different would it be if I had Jimmy still around."

It's actually a shame that he hasn't even been remotely interested in Jimmy's son though... I imagine Harrow could get Nucky to pull some strings to keep Tommy away from Gillian.

Eli... why would you believe that FBI agent? You suspected him from the beginning, not only that, you have information on him to show that he's been corrupt(even though it was an undercover sting from the beginning.)

At this point, pop the FBI agent, they aren't even set up enough to bring the heat down on the operation. Had he come at me like that...I'd have probably asked to meet him in an alley acting like I had info and had someone run over him w/ a car... "Oops accident."

Even though Dr. Narcisse is playing Chess...sometimes if the right goon is playing the right game of checkers at the right time...that will trump your chess moves. I'm hoping Chalky doesn't try to play this intellectual warfare w/ the Dr(Because he'll lose) and should just put shotty to body of this cocky nikka.

Edit: Yea...Chalky not able to sit at his own club... crazy... I'd have offset the shyt and have my cooks either place feces or spit in every fukking sandwich and steak meal.

Its gotta be Daughter Maitland to be the one to off Narcisse. Nucky ain't doing it and I doubt Chalky would do it because it would fukk up the situation with Owney Madden and the Onyx Club, and subsequently damage his family and his reputation with the people.

Ahh, forgot about that...they probably didn't want to rush to introduce new characters just to facilitate Obanion's death. With the "forced" feel to the brewery raid, it's probably for the best. They could've done a better job showing that Torrio and Obanion did business together.

They gotta show the funeral...it was supposed to have been the biggest mob funeral to date.

The biggest question for me is: where does Van Alden go from here? I'm guessing he joins the Bugs and the North Side Gang in their war against Capone.

Moran doesn't become boss of the northside till 1927

I watched the episode again..... I think that Nucky is or has always been a little bit jealous of Chalky (and to some extent) Eli's family situation. Chalky has the Beautiful wife, Beautiful house, his kids are more cultured and educated than those of any of the other characters he has come into contact with. Chalky and Nucky are both in the same line of work but chalky has the family life Ncuky is probably envious of. And Chalky lives his life with the disadvantages that all people of his race did during that time. I can totally see why he feels like Chalky is throwing it all away.

Who wasn't Al Capone's nikkas? The dude (Frank Yale) who killed Obanion? They weren't in the Chicago outfit, but those were Capone's nikkas.

And I agree 100% about how they mix in the fictional characters. Reminds me of how they did it in Rome...damn shame that show only got two seasons.

Rome was a GOAT level show cancelled way too soon...they had plans for 5 seasons, but they learned it was being cancelled half way through filming season 2

I don't know or care about him being a boss.

Bugs along with Weiss vow revenge for Obanions murder and make an attempt on Torrio's life (maybe two, can't remember) and this ends up being the reason Torrio turns the reigns over to Capone.

Bugs time is NOW. They gotta show him this season cuz with three episodes left, they must plan on showing Torrio step aside.

I'm just wondering how Van Alden is going to get along with Capone, now that Frankie Yale killed O'Banion. Not a bad episode. I :pachaha: at Nucky and Rothsteins discussion about Doyle. Also the Gillian shyt is being played out way too much. We all knew her guy was married or involved with someone else, somehow - it was too obvious. I know she's involved because of the Tommy story line with Richard, but the biiitch just eating up too much screen time.

I'm really surprised it took two seasons for Richard to finally ask Nucky for a job - I expect he'll take on an enforcer role, or bodyguard for Nucky.
