It's a toss up between this and GOT as the best shows on TV to me....but that's not something that requires me or anybody else to camp out in a thread about it, make hundreds of posts about it, throw bytch fits towards anybody that doesn't think it's infallible, or act passively agressive like a scorned bytch towards other shows that people dig more

That's exactly how people are acting over this show. I make a thread trying to draw more attention to it, and people mention "Breaking Bad" and how "BE" is the GOAT. Uh....ok.

No, people are assuming I have an ulterior motive for no apparent reason. If this was "Dexter", a show I hate, you might have a point. I've been a fan of "BE" since the old threads on SOHH. The worst thing I've said about this show is people need to wait a few more seasons before breaking out the GOAT tag.

No you're not. My girlfriend hates it, and she loves shows like Breaking Bad and The Sopranos.

BE is still on my "Very good" tier of TV shows with shows like Treme and Justified. For a main character, I just don't find Nucky as interesting as guys like Walter White, Don Draper, or even Carrie Matheson.

they should of killed Nucky... fukk the history Michael Pitt was the show, i'm rewatching season 2 and when his character is on the show jumps from good to great

Terence Winter is a great writer, wrote most of my favorite Sopranos episodes. I have to think the rumors of Pitt being difficult were true. I dont see them topping S2 E11 and E12

I didn't say anything about "Breaking Bad", but that show had 100 pages or some crazy shyt before the first ep aired, and that thread is one of the biggest on this entire site, any forum.

For as much as people gas this show up the small amount of attention it's getting is

The show blew its load in the 2nd season. Buscemi is a great actor and good director, but he is not able to carry the show. Plus as written Nucky isnt a great character, he is not as compelling as Tony Soprano/Walter White/Don Draper
