Yeah, Bo's avg. was always like .250-.260, and he struck out a GANG of times since breaking balls gave him fits. That's with him spending his offseasons playing for the Raiders, where he was routinely playing into January. I think had he dedicated himself 100% to baseball, he would have improved in areas where he was lacking, and the talent that he had could really have shone through. He was still going to hit HRs and drive in runs, but I think if you mix the defense with the numbers he COULD HAVE improved on with a full time devotion to baseball in the offseason, it's not out of the realm of possibility that he would at least be in the HOF discussion
