New York doesn't legally allow them to shut down the expressway. The racers illegally block all lanes for 30 minutes to stage and race. Think of it as essentially a pop-up no-prep drag strip.
Should this car have had a cage ? dude was driving a 7 seconds car with no seatbelt. Video is not graphic but it shows the state the car was in after the crash. Second crash in 5 months. Ppl were saying they need to build a cage for the car after the first car crashed...
