While Twitter doesn do (at)twitter.com, that was the problem. Elon Musk owns ALL of (at)twitter.com.
With Mastodon and Bluesky, its de-centralized. So lets say the Washington Post gets out of line because of promoting heavy nazi propaganda.... (at)bsky.social can ban content from (at)wapo.
In concept there is no sole owner.

Porn is allowed from what I see, just content creators will need to label it as such by clicking the Shield when they post a pic/video: Suggestive, Nudity or Porn.
