Yh card scams were big when I was growing up. Dudes at school used to get some merchandise...some electronics.....no one really got rich off it. A Nigerian breh in my class bought two Benzes to flip but ended up doing 4 years for fraud
The feds let them THINK a rack here or there is not being monitored. But usually they're building up a strong enough case so you get years rather than months when they DO decide to prosecute.

I know this guy who got sent to live in a white neighborhood in high school cause he was bad, came back to the hood after college started scamming but he'd send one of his white friends to swipe for him at barneys, Zoe bank money and swipe hotel rooms for him at fancy hotels.
