I have no doubt that wasn’t the only thing Miyazaki was working on though, and he didn’t work on Armored Core either.

odds are we see a new full fromsoftware project announced either at SGF or TGA
I’m not saying otherwise, just saying it’s dishonest to act like they been missing since 2022.

That "Elden Ring" DLC was mid if we're being honest.

It was what it was, dlc.

nikkas wanted it to be more than it was though and kind of ruined the moment

I don't get what you're saying. The "Dark Souls" DLC is good/great. "The Old Hunters" is GOAT tier.

Aside from a couple boss fights the "Elden Ring" sh*t was just a smaller, lesser version of the main game. A gang of areas had nothing in them.

It was a solid 8/10 for me, not their best dlc by a long shot.

Never said that. But it was 3 years from DS3 to Sekiro and then 3 more years to Elden Ring. All I’m saying is we’re at that mark where we should be getting or hearing about a new game at the very least. Really don’t care at all about this new multiplayer game.

Yeah my biggest problem was the emptiness. Too many areas where there’s just nothing or a random smithing stone.

Some great weapons in that DLC though.

Over 400 hours logged between 5 created characters :blessed:

They should’ve been dropped a ps5 patch at the least

I don’t care about it either, but they been putting out banger after banger at a much more dense pace than everybody else for over a decade. Stall em out, nikkas usually waiting 5-7+ years for new games these days :childplease: plus Miyazaki ain’t even working on Nightreign, so like Duck said whatever he’s on will come out in due time

They set the expectations. You can't be mad at me for being hungry when it's time to eat.

The buildup, and then, reviews were claiming that it was like a quarter/third of the best of ER condensed into an area with more verticality. It was good, but had no less filler than the main game, and overall wasn't as good as the main game.

Disagree on Dark Souls DLC being great. Some great/epic final bosses, sure. None of the areas were that good, except for maybe DS2. ER probably had better DLC than DS 1 and 3.

Old Hunters was the best DLC.

The bosses were cool superbosses, the actual level/exploration wasn't very good. That opening segment outside wasn't good. Once you get to the actual city it was OK but not noticeably good compared to Irithyll, Irithyll Dungeon, the opening level, and a few others.
