The fukk is wrong with Loving Black and living Black??!"[Black Lives Matter] goes beyond the narrow nationalism that can be prevalent within Black communities, which merely call on Black people to love Black, live Black and buy Black, keeping straight cis Black men in the front of the movement while our sisters, queer and trans and disabled folk take up roles in the background or not at all."
Oh hell nah
I been telling nikkas this shyt its a front for LBGT and they got all the attention on them making it look like black people are cool with that gay shyt
The founder is a lesbian
Tariq been told y'all
They always say "started by 3 queer black women"...
I think their problem is that "black", in this instance, doesn't extent to black women or black members of the LGBT community. If you're not willing to stand up when black women or our black LGBT brothers and sisters are being discriminated against and harassed, then "loving black and living black" only applies if you're a member of a certain subset of the black community; the definition of privilege. Acknowledging this doesn't erase black men.The fukk is wrong with Loving Black and living Black??!
According to who? When I think of loving black that is automatically men, women and children this shyt looking funny in the light . I guess according to the activists who are facing backlash for this? If everyone thinks that loving black automatically extends to all black people, including black women and black LGBT individuals, then I fail to see what the issue is with that statement except for its banality.According to who? This. Times. Ten.Btw I have no issues with women gays etc being included in any movement but to totally erase black men is not acceptable nor is fighting homophobia, misogyny, transphobia a priority over black autonomy for any real black movement.
