I have no clue what some of you are quoting me about :martin: nowhere in my comments am I justifying her attacking, keeping someone hostage, taking his bag, etc that's all you guys. All I'm saying is from an emotional/mental perspective I can understand her frustration in not getting her refrigerator installed since she probably has been expecting it for quite a while and was excited when it was delivery day just to be let down.

We don't know how much effort he put into getting her refrigerator inside the kitchen; we didn't see what she saw; maybe he gave the bare minimum and minimal effort in ensuring she got her package delivered and installed.

He gets paid by Lowe's to make that extra effort for particular deliveries that require installation, similar to Amazon drivers who deliver, TVs, kitchen appliances, etc. Her calling in to file a complaint is understandable, especially if she requested installation services. Sometimes, certain delivery drivers don't try hard enough to deliver packages; some have a work ethic, and others don't.

Some of y'all making this more about women as some sort of case study about the characteristics of women or some shyt. That ain't got nothing to do with my opinion on the matter.

I disagree on calling the police - the situation could make a complete left and unpredictable turn once the police get involved.

They did the right thing. Record the encounter, get your belongings and dip.
Nah bro. She was forcing folks to stay and shyt jumping all in that man’s truck. Somebody else got to handle her. I’d agree with you if it didn’t go that far.

Edit: yeeeeah she was trying to get them boys jammed up. I definitely would’ve called the police. They could’ve sent them “crisis negotiators” or whatever they call them these days or something. That women is loco. Larry’s name is mud now too. Good luck to him

Well, she probably paid a lot of money for that refrigerator, and she was expecting it that day due to the old one dying out. She probably had food, meat, etc that needed to be put away.

I kinda understand her perspective because things like a working refrigerator, an oven, etc, are considered to be high-priority necessities. You can't cook with an oven that doesn't ignite in the inside and you can't buy and store groceries if a refrigerator isn't working as the food can expire.

You can't live without a refrigerator since it's a basic necessity.

We don't know how small her kitchen entry is or how big in width her kitchen is in measurements, and her kitchen ceiling can't be that low where a fridge is too tall, so maybe she assumed he didn't try hard enough to get it inside. There are ways to get a brand-new fridge or stove in a kitchen; you just have gotta put in the effort, y'know, maneuver.

I remember a few years ago, I needed a new stove put in because the old one stopped working, and it took a minute for the delivery person to get it through my front door and kitchen, but they eventually got it in.
This is the Coli’s first stupid take of 2025. :mjlol:

How is her ineptitude their problem?

In some cases, that extra effort is out of their responsibility and make them liable if something goes wrong.

When my moms bought a fridge that was too tall, Lowe’s told her to file the cabinet down to get it to fit. No way in hell we’re they going to do that for her and I don’t blame them :mjlol:

I don’t even believe that they should be the ones removing hinges off doors to get appliances in and instead the responsibility of the one purchasing to do so.

:what:

when he told his coworkers to put it back, we can safely assume the fridge was already off the truck.

what additional effort should have been made after measuring the fridge and then measuring the doorway to determine it wasn't going to fit? :jbhmm:

He wants them to take the hinges off the door and find a way to make it fit.
