This is an interesting theory.
But it seems reasonable. Seeing as Zaraki split his soul to create Yachiru. Shunsui created a new zanpakuto soul to house Nanao's zanpakuto. Starrk split his soul to create Lilynette. It seems very possible that Juhabach was split from the SK in a similar manner.

Kubo really wrote himself in a corner with the Sternritters
I’ve always understood that he was basically saying the Soul Society and it’s inhabitants were cocky sumbytchs because of how they moved and leadership being monsters previous to becoming righteous
But the power ups from here on out for Sternriiters is about to be ridiculous
But getting to see Aizen fighting in this style of animation
Even seeing Ryu And Old Man Kurosaki fighting

I know Yhwach is supposed to be the bad guy, but that shot of him striking down the Soul King with his crew by his side was hard as hell.

His Majesty reshaping the Royal Palace was indeed cool and sets the stage for a big battle. Between the Court Guards and Ichigo's squad they do seem outnumbered, but their power level seems to only increase.
