Why not post the law about Marijuana in the US before it became legal in most states? he caught the charge in 2009. Post the law for marijuana in states where it's still illegal.

Also, two different countries. You can get up to 14 years in prison in the UK for that quantity. The only reason he didn't get much time is because he was with Team GB olympics team. You don't get remanded for a minor offence in the UK.
