he also said oakland has no hood asians which couldnt be further from the truth since theres thousands of hood cambodians and laos asians in oakland

I can see how someone from the deep east could say that though, most of the hood asians in oakland live near the lake and chinatown in funktown/dubs if you go to the worst part of oakland though (past seminary) which is like a good 3 or so miles away a good majority of the street cats you'll see are black and latino, with the rest being mostly trashy cacs and samoan/tongan. The only time you'll really see asians in the deep east are the fob ones working in nail salons or looking scary shopping in walmart.
