there's only one possible way to win a race war when you are a minority less than 20% of the population. you have to get every other minority on your side. if that doesnt work. you have to infiltrate the side with power by any means necessary. then make your move. that means you have to be beyond strategic. and we all know most brokedown, mentally ill(due to the stress of racism for all these years), etc, etc, etc black folks will not be that strategic and have that amt of patience. so. yes blacks would lose a race war. end of the discussion.

Fukk uniting with other minorities.

First,merica would be invaded if a race war broke out especially if the government was indiscriminately targeting black people. Russia,China and Iran would allie with other developed countries to forge a partnership not to save black Americans but to stick it to America's status around impossibly carved the country up into important for them.

Second,guerrilla warfare is a very successful strategy when going up against a more powerful military.Plus,one trained sniper can pin down an entire military convoy of soldiers.Imagine if there were 53 black snipers in each state across the country?
