I really want to start a Black nationalist group.

They've driven us to the point where we have no other choice.

This nikka had the police chase him, and refused to pull over.

Officer should be punished ONLY if he wasn't supposed to pursue over such a violation....but I don't feel sorry for the nikka who died :yeshrug:

Care to elaborate ?

people shouldnt be killed for running away, u know that. What youre saying takes the accountability and responsibility of the people committing this wrong and the system that allows this wrong to occur and instead puts the blame on the victim. Nah man, thats not right

I'm trying to get a think tank to discuss ideas and put it into motion. What's your schedule like?

Ok, I understand your point.

I don't know how it is in the US but over here, the police force has the right to question you, to frisk you or to ask for your ID if they feel like you're a danger. Running away from the police is not illegal but refusing to stop when told so by them, is. What I mean is that the responsability of the chase is on the victim and the responsability of the victim's death is on the cop. Clearer, I don't put the death on the victim, only the chase. I don't know how one can see it otherwise.

For example, I was once taking photos of luxury houses for a project and the police (probably alerted by some neighbour) came and asked for my ID and why I was taking photos. I showed my ID and explained the reason I was doing this, which was for school. That took 1 minute of my time and bothered me a bit but at least after, I was free to go and take photos at will.
How would have they reacted if I fled the scene on my bike ? By letting me go ? Like "he's fleeing, no big deal" ?
If somebody steals my phone and thinking I got him, I question a dude and he runs away, how should I react ? Letting him go ? Like "he's fleeing, no big deal" ?

I'm sorry to say it but nowadays, if a cop asks me something, I obey, period. I record the convo (audio and/or video) if I can, but I do as s/he says. And you should also do that ABOVE ALL because you live in the US. Your cops got guns, breh and basically the license to kill. Mine only got tasers and/or flash balls or just batons sometimes. Even if you're in the right, you'd put your life in play for that ?

i hear and understand what youre saying but im unable to operate like that. If i wasnt doing anything illegal in that situation u described and the cop asked for my ID and why i was taking photos my response would have been "Am i breaking any laws taking these photos officer *insert name*?" if his response was anything but "yes" along with what specific law i was breaking he's not seeing my id or finding out what im doing there without force.

When you say "how would they reacted if i fled on my bike" u not only give the impression that that is your best option in that situation but also mislead on what a cops protocol is and should be in those situations. Why would you flee in that situation if you hadnt done anythign wrong in? A more reasonable question to that situation you described would "how would they have reacted if i refused to give my id or answer their question". But even if you had done something wrong and fled from the police, that still isnt grounds for them to kill you nor should it be grounds for them to even want to. If a "suspect" runs from the police the police are supposed to chase and apprehend them, just like if u suspect someone has stolen your phone and they break and run while youre questioning them. If that suspect gets away then that is poor policing and that inept cop needs to be disciplined accordingly.

For people in "law enforcement" to have the mindset to even think of shooting someone in the back if they run shows the type of "law enforcement" they are doing here.

Also, obeying cops just because they ask or say something is not the best move at times and just because they have guns, batons or tasers doesnt mean you shoud bow down to them either. The reason they have those guns, batons or tasers is supposed to be to serve and protect you. The problem is, the reason for them having those weapons has changed (off the record) to "protecting themselves", instilling fear and enforcing laws. When you simply comply with these police you're allowing yourself to live in a police state out of fear and thats not right homie.
