I checked their Twitter timeline and the majority of the content they post is black people acting a fool in public places, black crime videos designed to make racist white people who hate black people more agitated and more paranoid, "Let's Go Brandon" type Tweets, hate against climate change activists, and more right leaning/WS adjacent garbage.

I check the comments all in the feed of that account and in the comments of that video and they're exactly like the comments you quoted. Except they're being made by racist trump supporting white trash with racist crap in their profiles.
This is what Elon Musk is doing now that he owns Twitter.
He's trying to amplify these type of videos to the top of the algorithms with all these other black crime statistics accounts.

Oh believe me, I’ve noticed this too. Don’t get me wrong, CACs definitely get more passive aggressive when they see us doing better than them, but other minorities? Oh they take it to another level.

Theres reasonable cause that the fire and fumes would engulf the driver as well due to proximity so the threat of great bodily harm would be argued as enough to use deadly force to prevent it. The only use for gasoline is ignition. If its being poured, its reasonable to assume its to be ignited as well.
