Latino generally describes White Hispanics which is why there is the term afro-latino. And also why if you feel out a questioninaire there are usually 2 categories for Hispanics: Hispanics and non-white Hispanics.

Actually plenty of dirt has come out about him. He was trying to pretend like he was smashing 6 the Goddess and she checked him.
