oh fo sho.

check out who got hottest woman alive...

http://www.thecoli.com/threads/scarlett-johansson-sexiest-woman-alive.153749/

basically, even down to the curly hair.... looks like a black woman form the 70s (I can't agree with the 80s cause I thought that style was wack personally). But back in the day, no way would they have a girl with full lips, curvy ass body plastered like that, heck just a decade ago scrawny ass Paris Hilton would have been on the cover (or fake balloon titties Pam Anderson), Scarlet Jo is damn near as thick as Melissa Ford was back in 2003. They ADAPTED. Good for them, that's how you stay ahead in this world, not looking back and being bitter, bringing up history and shyt wtf, how does that improve you? Look at yourselves and sort that shyt out. You got a thread full of black men actually agreeing with a white woman being the hottest woman alive. Black women need to get their swag back for real for real.

IF they fail, import some african women up in here or something, they tend to know the difference between fat and thick.

Personally, I saw it all start with J-Lo. Remember how popular she was back in the early 2000s. The world was going on and on about her behind...but it was safe because even though she wasn't white, she wasn't a black woman either. From there on, eventually it seems white women caught on to it and then the paradigm shifted....all the while features that black women have possessed since day one was never acnowledged. They would attribute thick lips to Angelina Jolie before they would any black actress.

It's the same story all over....they wanna have our physicalities, sing and dance like us, have our swag....while at the same time NOT being us and dealing with the shyt WE have to deal with. They like to play fast and loose with their heritage when it suits them, knowing they can always switch back to their true selves at any minute. That's why that Irish boy could be a violent racist in the 80s, be 'Marky Mark' in the 90s, and be Mr Mark Wahlberg in the present day. We're black folk 24/7. Tariq Nasheed was saying recently that that hideous bony skeleton Miley Cyrus can twerk all day long and bring black dancers on stage, but when she's ready to be white again, she can just turn into goldilocks and say it was just a phase she went through.

I'm going off on a tangent lol, but black folk really need to fix ourselves up and call out others who are just using us to get to where they wanna be.

Barely anyone in that thread though lol? Secondly Scarlet Jo is nothing like a black women her beauty is her own, black women have their own beauty http://www.thecoli.com/threads/these-black-women.155151/
That's the latest Scarlett Jo thread, there's one every week, simply use the search option and check it out. I disagree tho, I think her voluptuousness is what is appealing to her. Same goes for Kim K. I swear when I was in HS this was NOT the case with white women (which is the argument the woman is making in the vid), however black dudes have always been on that Sir Mix A LOT, and now most men are. Even porn is reflecting it.

I've seen those threads mostly full of the same few dudes that hype white women, anyways I don't agree with the stealing argument you can't take people who don't want to be taken black women should just be themselves

Oh can you imagine a black woman twerking around like that? Even Nicki Minaj wouldnt have dared it, Miley just over did it, and threw them off, but you see what her 'attempt' was right? same goes for Lil Debbie and her 'rachetness'.

But here's the kicker, they're following PRESENT DAY black women that WE dont even like LOL. they've lost the plot, they're just following a group of women off the cliff, and now you have black men who want white women that act like Scarlet Jo or Kim K, who is nothing more of a reflection of the 70s style black woman. Curvy, stylish, but wholesome. It's hilarious. If I were a black woman, I'd actually use this opportunity not to get mad, but to let them, and then flip it on them and switch back to the Lauryn Hill, Erika Badu, Jill Scott style, that natural style, essence that one can not simply mimic, you just have to have it. Leave them in the dust of rachetness and flip the script.

I see it happening tho, the discussion on natural hair, esp on youtube, is hitting the millions, its starting to happen. These discussion are a good thing, and they are helping.

LOL, I don't talk about it a lot (at least not on the coli), but you don't even want to get me started on the spirituality aspect either. :smh:

Trinh lost one of his "slanted" eyes due to the attack. Wahlberg plead guilty to two counts of criminal contempt, was sentenced to two years imprisonment, and was released after 45 days.

:what: can you imagine a young Black male getting away with this?

I listened to the video. It's interesting because I grew up in the same town that Adele chick is from. Guess who were the same girls who helped teach her to sing and guess who is eating now and who is not. :smh: I know a few of the girls who used to sing with her when she was younger and they are vastly more talented.

Is she in contact with any of them now? No!

Post the details on them...don't be a tease. Did you ever met Adele personally?

And nothing is wrong with doing the music you want to do, your saying at best she could have done the Eminem thing and at least given homage to who taught her. At least Amy taught herself to sing :lolbron:

But seriously though, that is true even though i like Adele's music. Even Lianne La Havas is better than Adele.

Maybe. As children, we don't really see race...but we do as adults. And, especially if a person has had negative experiences with a group of people...well, it naturally makes that person more cautious. However, I still believe in accessing individuals individually - because we're not all totally the same at the core. My best friend is just one example, but I'm friends with women of all sorts of races/cultures.

I'm white...Macedonian and Bulgarian.

For real. That recent interview of Jill Scott on the Breakfast Club damn near had a brotha fall in love lol.....and the thing is, I've always loved her personality and spirit far more so than her looks. There's just something about the way she comes across. I felt the same way about Erykah Badu when she came out (before the three babyfathers and all that stuff). Like the woman in the video said, a lot of brothas will smash a chick, but they can never respect her due to the way she carries herself even if he's no good himself. Look at the female entertainers nowadays.....when I was growing up, it was all about Monica, Brandy, En Vogue, Jade, SWV etc and they carried themselves like ladies and were feminine and none of them had tattoos or behaved like dudes. Compare that to chicks of today, it's not even question of who has tattoos, it's who DOESN'T have any. The brothas are in no way better either.

But like you rightly said, we have to claim that essence back, because it's always within us. Let these fake ass, imitating folk have our rubbish and let's return to what we once had.

:salute:

And yup, I agree with the bold, that's why there's an increase in baby mommas but not marriages.
