LA has is filled with the most attractive black women in the country IMO. Dark light brown whatever. That’s a them problem 
Here comes the nonsense... Black men love black women, just not fat, unattractive black women like in any of their race. Now if 80% of black women in U.S are overweight, then that is an issue itself. These women need to fix their own self esteem.
