She know what it is, she just don’t identify with it. There’s a saying in Spanish “y tu abuela donde esta” so she playing stupid now and wants to claim blackness now because the heat on her.
When I was younger I used to think Black women had attitudes, but really that's just being around hood chicks. In hindsight to be fair, most didn't have attitudes. The older I get for every Black woman I run into with an attitude, there are 100 that don't come off that way. In fact, most treat me quite well. Been a few that have looked out for me professionally. The irony to me is that while that stereotype is still in effect today, other women are being acknowledged as having attitudes as well but aren't in totality given the stereotypical treatment that Black women receive. .
The "let me speak to your manager" haircut is mainly applied to middle aged white women. I work with a lot of women, and these white chicks in here will make you justify murdering them.
