If you were to say you see more black men on average chillin outside liquor stores than white men then it's not offensive. It's an observation, just like saying on average more black women are confrontational, loud, belligerent and ghetto than other races of women. Doesn't mean all, but it's a real observation. You crying on the internet about it won't help black women's image of being ghetto.
