It is something similar. I've spoken to a number of women that are in the program, or know about it. Many of them don't take advantage of it, though because of it's requirements

tbh, ppl may not like the school, or their managers, or the environment overall. They have to be there for 5-10 years or something before it's forgiven, and I guess they don't wanna go through it for that long

Yea. I'm pretty sure women can do those things to... but we expect men to do those things
