She had heart issues but despite said heart condition could get on National TV in front of millions, after a traumatic situationAtatiana's sister had heart issues round the same time her mother started sick

Lee Merritt is Shaun King's best friend, too. Take that for what it's worth...
I'm a mother - there is no way in hell that I am giving up care or custody of my son to another person (family relative or not). The longest that I have ever been apart from my son is 5 days and that was when I was in the hospital giving birth to his sister. The child is not just a "duty" as the mother, it is her responsibility - sickness or not. Unless she's on her deathbed or in a hospice, no one can insist on taking your child from you unless it's done willingly. That's some selfish shyt, bottom line. Atatiana was only 28, in college with no kids of her own, out of all the so called "og moms" types in her family - they rely on this single 28 yr old to take care of both the nephew and the grandmother. Obviously she was taking classes too, since she was a science major. No one else who seemed to show up at the press conference (brothers, the aunt spokesperson) managed to show up to take some of the burden of child care. Atatiana had to leave school and move from her homestate, uproot her life to take care of her sister's kid and her grandma. Yet, you don't sense any type of dysfunction. smh.We don't know the makeup of Atatiana's fam prior to their introduction to Lee merrit.
So.
1st off. Maybe she insisted on handling those duties
2nd. Watch that condescending tone of yours
Lastly. Take your bullsh1t somewhere else

Yeah some people are just too far gone. That shouldn't even be a thought in anyone's head. I don't care if she did or didn't have one. The cop murdered an innocent woman in her home and that's all that should be said. Now you have idiots saying that the opinion might change because she had a gun in her hand, when the only reason she had it was because a stranger was creeping in her backyard. If he had just rung the doorbell none of this would've happened.

Facts. This is the same thing that I've been questioning - f Lee Merit and all the adults with their antics. Where is the little boy, who is taking care of him??? he was a witness to all this so I cant even think the type of emotions that he is with the incident - if his mother couldn't handle his needs when her sister, Atatiana had custody- how is she going to be responsible for him now?? Who is taking care of him bc obviously she was the only one to step up to the responsibility. No one is asking or answering the right questions which is why things are not adding up for me.Reading this post gave me chills. I’ve been reading up on the family, and some things just aren’t adding up, so this 100%.
Who has custody (temporary or permanent) of the boy now?
Interesting how the focus here is on the black lawyer instead of the white cop who shot the lady.
Hmmmm.
Alot of misdirection.
I wonder why?
