It's just the same thing that riles you up with New York shytting. I don't do that cuz I get tired of hearing about it in Texas. It be like me going in cuz Buffalo New York is full of racists and NYC had Gulliani and saying it's fully racist.
I commented strictly on Dallas because if you noticed, every single year there is something high or profile there with the police and black folks, for like the past 6 years. It's a big ass city that has had more racist incidents than a town like bumfukk Vider.

Protocol on welfare checks by police usually emphasizes establishing presence.. Sneaking around the property and looking in windows in the dark is not procedure in these cases. Knocking on doors and announcing yourself first is what you do then you proceed to investigate, knocking on points of entry (windows, doors, etc..) announcing yourself as you go along.
I can't even explain the reaction of him withdrawing a gun and firing a split second after a command but again he did not announce his presence and if I'm in my house and I see dancing lights outside my window.. I'm probably going to kill some motherfukkers without a word tbh.
