This. Not to say that black specific initiatives are not necessary, but its like comparing averages when medians should be compared in some metrics. The average is dragged down a ton if the lower end is heavy and the average is pulled way upward if the top end is overwhelmingly numerous. If no one white every made another dime but Musk and Bezos, the collective black wealth would still shrink at astronomical rates. The big whales are fukking vacuuming money at an incredible rate.
